amazing Sight.
I was very confused to buy this after reading all these Reviews about the adhesive, but my concern we how bright it is and how much it will help my dominate eye to point. It satisfied my concern 100%. I could not give this 5 stars because the manufacturer should solve the problem fo the adhesive. i’d heat up the ase hive little bid sticks perfectly.

The rear sight fits great, but the front sight took quite a bit of "persuasion." This translated to quite a bit of dramatic pounding. It eventually fit in fine, but not without buggering up the edge that I was pounding on. In reflection, I probably could have filed off a few 1/1000s of the dovetailing to make it fit better. But, at least I know it will not be going anywhere!

Also, the rear sight is designed well in that to move it left & right on the barrel, a screw can be loosened and it can be adjusted by hand. The fiber optics seem pretty good, though not the absolute best. It is fine for it's price range I think. Though, I found that in doing a quick sight-in, the front sight had to sit pretty low in the "U," as in not lining up with the rear fiber optics like I hoped. This will be verified when I have time to do a proper sight adjustment.

When I first received these sights, they looked fine. It wasn't until I had them installed (after the return by date, of course) that I realized there was a problem.

When the sight was installed, the rifle shot high, on the order of 5 inches at 15 yards with the rear sight elevation screw completely backed out. When I measured the height of the front and rear sights, I found that with the elevation screw completely backed out, the rear sight was ~3.4mm higher from boresite (22.4mm) than the front sight (19.0mm). Based on these numbers, the rifle with these sights will shoot high until the target range is greater than 75 yards.

This is way outside acceptable bounds as far as zeroing sights. If it wasn't past the return date, I'd mail these suckers back for a full refund. As it is, I need to hunt down a taller front sight for the rifle, or take a chance on a whole new set of sights from another manufacturer. Not sure which way I'll go yet...

Not sure why people are complaining about the adhesive, I cleaned the rib with alcohol quite completely and it holds very tightly.
The bead now is a bit higher so for my hold I now am getting an 80/20 pattern at 30yds with cylinder chokes. It was 100 over the bead previously. Now it's perfect for how I shoot skeet, so I have a $400 shotgun that is perfect for skeet... I'll take it

One does have to be careful with alignment on the rib because the adhesive does stick well if you follow directions and you do not want this off center given it's length and the setback of the dot in the tube.

I have used TRUGLO hi-viz sights for almost a quarter-century, and they are consistently perfect for the job I need them to do. This is my third shotgun sight, and I have several pistols on which I have placed the TRUGLO's. Generally easy to install, stay in-place like they are welded there, require no maintenance and glow in ambient light like they have batteries. There are others that are more expensive, but they do not acquire more light, so WHY spend more $$$? I strongly recommend TRUGLO sights for anyone thinkg about adding/replacing their existing sights!

Yes, clean the rib of your gun very good with alcohol, try not to touch it after or the sticky tape, and press firmly. Lasted about a week and started to come loose on one end. I have another brand (not made any longer) on 5 of my shotguns that have never came off or became loose. And I got a good one as I had a buddy who also ordered one of these after sending him the link. His didn't stick at all right from the package, had him bring it over to me and it was about as sticky as Rain X on a windshield. So I peeled off the sticky tape, replaced with some 3M tape I had from an auto parts store, hasn't came off yet (2 weeks). So all in all, the sight itself is great, especially if your opposite eye dominant from your hand. Unfortunately the sticky tape they use is not quality or there was a bad batch.

They’ve been on my rifle for a few years. After a decent amount of abuse the front fibre optic fell out, one dab of superglue later i have no problems. The rifle goes through heavy bush and has been dropped onto rocks, dirt and into water multiple times without any problems. The 10/22 is a great rifle.
