How to line a gun case and what is a good lining for a gun case?

There are a few things to keep in mind when lining a gun case:
- Make sure the case is big enough for the gun. It should be at least six inches longer than the gun, and four inches wider.
- Choose a soft case material that won’t scratch or wear down the finish of the gun.
- Cut the foam liner to fit snugly inside the case, leaving about an inch of space all around for padding.
- Glue or tape the liner in place, making sure that it is level and there are no gaps.
- Rest the gun on top of the liner, again making sure there is an inch of space all around for padding.
- Add more foam padding on top of the gun if necessary, and then close the case.
